ARE YOU IN AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP?
(tap to view PDF)

IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP BASED ON POWER AND CONTROL?  The Power & Control diagram is a particularly helpful tool in understanding the overall pattern of abusive and violent behaviors, which are used by a batterer to establish and maintain control over his partner. Very often, one or more violent incidents are accompanied by an array of these other types of abuse. They are less easily identified, yet firmly establish a pattern of intimidation and control in the relationship.

Minor Victims:
Take It Down: https://takeitdown.ncmec.org/

Take It Down is a free service that can help you remove or stop the online sharing of nude, partially nude, or sexually explicit images or videos taken of you when you were under 18 years old that you believe have been or will be shared online. For example, maybe you sent a picture to someone, but now they’re threatening you or have posted it somewhere. Even if you’re unsure whether the image has been shared but want some help to remove it from places it may appear online, this service is for you.

Adult Victims:
StopNCII.org: https://stopncii.org/

StopNCII.org is a free service aimed at helping victims of Non-Consensual Intimate Image (NCII) abuse. It works by generating a unique hash, akin to a 'digital fingerprint,' from the victim's intimate images or videos using image hashing technology. This hash helps identify duplicate copies of the image. The platform then collaborates with companies like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Bumble to detect and remove these images from being shared online. StopNCII.org is intended for individuals who are featured in the image or video, are at least 18 years old both at the time the image was taken and currently, and still have possession of the image or video. It is specifically designed to assist those depicted nude, semi-nude, or engaging in sexual acts in the imagery.
